The most famous vampire of all. What do you think of him and the influence he has had on vampire fans worldwide?

Dracula is definately the most influencial vampire of all time, he practically invented the vampire genre. All thanks to Bram Stoker that is ;D

Bram Stoker is quite a cool name. And Dracula is such a character. They are both legendary.

yea well Dracula was based on Vlad the Impaler, who was suspected to be a vampire. So what do you think was he a real vampire or where some of the locals just a tad over imaginative?

I would guess he had vampirish tendancies. Maybe didn't come out of his house at day time. Didn't accept any garlic bread (gaaalic and bread?) at parties he was invited to. Might have liked tomato juice. What do you think?

hmm, well perhaps...probably a bit more than that i would think. BTW. In traditional Romainian/Transylvanian folklore vampires where considered more active at night but could go out during the day.

I didn't know that. Always just assumed vampires had more important things to be doing during the day, filing their teeth, sleeping, etc.
